I believe that picture should be deleted. It is almost pornographic, and doesn't fit the Melian of the books. --Narfil Palùrfalas 17:42, 24 April 2006 (EDT)

This is something we will definitely have to keep in mind as there are a lot of images out there created for...entertainment purposes and not for a canonical representation of the characters in the books. Off the top of my head I'm unable to rememebr images of Melian described, can you refresh my memory? If the image does indeed deviate drastically then we can remove it. However I have much respect for Daniel and he has illustrated numerous other characters quite well. (He also runs http://thereandbackagain.net and has mentioned TG will be a featured website when his new site goes live). I aslo son't think it's pornographic but I certainly don't consider it a good picture. IMHO, the Melian in this picture is downright ugly. --Earendilyon 01:39, 25 April 2006 (EDT)
