Mythic Circle

From Tolkien Gateway

The Mythic Circle is a small literary magazine published annually by the Mythopoeic Society which celebrates the work of J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, and Charles Williams. These adventuresome writers saw themselves as contributors to a rich imaginative tradition encompassing authors as different as Homer and H.G. Wells.

The magazine, originally a quarterly, was founded in 1987 by Sherwood Smith and Lynn Maudlin in order to provide writers with a workshop in print.
