:CBE = Commander of the British Empire. KBE = Knight Commander of the British Empire. OBE = Officer of the British Empire. They're ranks in the Order. - CBE = Commander of the British Empire. KBE = Knight Commander of the British Empire. OBE = Officer of the British Empire. They're ranks in the Order.
