Tanta Hornblower was a Hobbit of the Shire.
History
Tanta married Largo Baggins, and was the mother of Fosco Baggins.[1]
Etymology
The name Tanta was meaningless in contemporary Hobbitish Westron. It represented an original name Tante or Tanto.[2]
