The Lord of Emyn Arnen was a title that was bestowed upon Faramir by Aragorn Elessar, granting him the hills of Emyn Arnen within South Ithilien for his dwelling-place as the Prince of Ithilien.[1]

Emyn Arnen were Gondor's lands east of the Great River and the homeland of Steward Húrin of Emyn Arnen, the patriarch of the House of the Stewards and ancestor of Faramir.
