Talk:Tar-Hostamir

Something isn't right about this article. Besides the lack of information on Tar-Hostamir and the too much information on the naming of the Kings of Númenor I think it needs a complete rewrite. His Adûnaic name is Ar-Zimrathôn. So, should we rewrite this article to orient it more toward the person and this particular name, or should we redirect to Ar-Zimrathôn? --Narfil Palùrfalas 16:04, 19 June 2006 (EDT)

I tend to prefer redirects when the info is minimal at best. Tar-Hostamir was a name Ar-Zimrathôn never used in his life and was more of a theoretical term. Check out Ar-Adûnakhôr for how I think it should be handled. --Ebakunin 16:09, 19 June 2006 (EDT)

If there's no info on the person himself under this name, I think the article should contain info on the name (like: the language of it, the etymology) and a link to the chief article. --Earendilyon 16:22, 19 June 2006 (EDT)
