Is "Valinorean Quenya" a "canonical" name?

From what I could find, the HoMe Index just gives the reference "Valinórean" for this concept (or for something similar to the concept of "Valinorean Quenya"). Are there any other sources discussing this topic?

In PE17 we find "Valinorean" ("...the Valinorean name..."; p. 64).
