Usage

Where:
- author – author of the article (optional)
- articleurl – URL of the article
- articlename – name of the article (optional)
- dated – publication date (optional)
- website – name/ID of the website (uses preset list below)
- accessed – date you retrieved the article
- archiveurl – URL of the archived version (optional)
- archivename – link text for the archived version (optional; defaults to archived webcite version)
- archivedate – date the article was archived (optional)
