Theobald Bolger was a Hobbit of the Shire.

Theobald was the son of Gundabald Bolger and Salvia Brandybuck. He married Nina Lightfoot and had one son, Wilibald, who was born in S.R. 1304.[1]

Theobald contains theud "people" and bald "bold".[2]
