Tolkien 2005: The Ring Goes Ever On was a convention hosted by The Tolkien Society in conjunction with the Mythopoeic Society. It was held at Aston University (Birmingham, England) 11-15 August, 2005. The convention marked the fiftieth anniversary of the complete publication of The Lord of the Rings.
