Greetings, Jordan.[edit source]

The wiki appreciates your attempts to help by increasing the amount of information found here. However, there are some standards you should be aware of. First, that unless we are referring to the title of published article (such as in The Lord of the Rings), we do not include "the" in the title. It is often best to search for articles before creating them. Also, that if you want to create essays personally written by you, you can create folders in your user page (which we can show you how to do). But the mainstream wiki is not the place to create pages like "Gothmog by Jordan Yates". If you want to expand upon [[Gothmog (balrog)]|Gothmog]], feel free to do so. If you have more questions, please ask before creating new articles. --Narfil Palùrfalas 11:24, 9 June 2007 (EDT)

Recent images[edit source]

Hello Jordan, we appreciate your recent edits on the wiki, however I have had to delete the last couple image uploads of yours as the images were either already uploaded to the wiki or the filename was "Example.jpg". We have over 3,000 images already uploaded so there is a good chance we already have the image uploaded. If you could just double check by either doing a search or going to Category:Images of Whatever-you-plan-to-upload this will help us both out. As for naming the images, we try and stick to Artist - Title of the image.jpg, if there is more information needed we usually add it to the end in parentheses. Thanks for your time, and just add something to my talk page if you have any comments or questions. --Hyarion 08:53, 10 June 2007 (EDT)
